The deluxe apartment was very clean, spacious, and located on a high floor; it also had convenient amenities like a coffee maker, refrigerators, and an oven.

Good food choices for breakfast. A nice size and fully-equipped room and plastic furniture. Top central location and very professional staff. Also, very close to centre of tourist attractions

Ideal for the 4 generations of my family who stayed here for a few days. Interconnecting rooms gave us privacy while allowing us all to be together; 2 bathrooms came in very handy. Location was ideal - very close to the surf club (where we had a pleasant meal), proximity to the beach, easy access to airport bus with pick up/drop off almost at the door, fabulous view & quiet even though it was on the highway. Staff were very accommodating when our flight home was cancelled at the last minute & we needed to get back in for one more night. I thought it good value for money. Would happily stay here again. Beds & leather lounge very comfortable.
The main apartment was compact with only a small lounge & kitchen. It might feel a bit claustrophobic if staying for a long holiday but everything we needed was provided E.G. dishwasher, full fridge, washer & dryer. The interconnected studio was quite roomy & could easily accommodate 2 adults & a baby's cot.

An a single room with a magnificent view of the beach, had requested this in advance. Location : the hotel was next to Burleigh, restaurants and eateries, and transport & beach. It was good to be 1 mile away from Dine Fine Pty Ltd, serving short-orders.

Nice quiet apartment, great views of the beach. Staff friendly and helpful.
No shops in immediate area, however there is a nearby surf club with good meals, occasional entertainment. Not in the middle of the action, but sometimes this can be a good thing.

Regency On the Beach is ideal for a longer stay, and I highly recommend it. the location is fantastic, just a stone's throw from the beach, Tallebudgera Creek, and cozy cafes for breakfast. the rooms on level 6 are beautifully furnished, making for a comfortable experience. the staff is efficient and accommodating, and the inclusion of a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator adds a wonderful convenience.

We booked a deluxe 2 bedroom and ended up with a standard room on the side which we found very unsatisfactory and definately would not recommend unless you get the very front units on the beach face.
